Terms & Conditions

The App is available to users aged 4 and above. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App and, in particular, to make any in-app purchases or subscribe to a paid plan. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server or network connected to the App.

Glaze Master is free to download. The free tier is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Ads may be personalised based on your device's advertising identifier; you can opt out via your device settings.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services advertised therein.

Glaze Master offers optional paid subscriptions that remove all advertising and unlock premium content. Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat and billed by the applicable platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Free trials: Where offered, a free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Cancellation: Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: All purchases are subject to the refund policy of the relevant platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). We cannot issue refunds directly; please contact Apple or Google for refund requests.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance, and price changes will take effect at your next renewal.

Apple Terms of Use: For users on Apple devices, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard Terms of Use (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Premium pot shapes and other content unlocked by a subscription or in-app purchase are licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be transferred, traded, or refunded. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any content at any time.

All content within the App — including but not limited to 3-D models, textures, graphics, sounds, music, code, and the Glaze Master name and logo — is the exclusive property of Glaze Master or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity of the App or its servers.
• Use automated tools to interact with the App without our written consent.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glaze Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Glaze Master in the 12 months prior to the claim.

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the country where Glaze Master is registered. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via an in-app message or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
